Amina Hamidi

Amina Hamidi is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in the electrification and power electronics sectors. Holding various senior positions at ABB since May 1998, Amina currently serves as Division President of Traction and Managing Director of Instrumentation, overseeing comprehensive business operations including P&L, sales, and product development. Previous roles include CTO of ABB Electrification, responsible for innovation and technology strategies, and CEO of ABB Power Conversion, managing a significant global business. Amina has also contributed to corporate governance as a Non-Executive Board Member at XP Power. A strong academic background includes a PhD in Power Electronics from Universite de Lorraine and participation in leadership and finance programs at IMD and SGMI.
