Amy Garlick has extensive experience in human resources and employee relations, with a career spanning over two decades. Starting as a Human Resources Investigator at Publix Super Markets from January 2002 to February 2011, Amy advanced to the position of Manager of Human Resources Investigations before serving as a Senior Human Resources Investigator from February 2011 to January 2013. Following this, Amy held the role of Associate Director of Employee Relations and Employee Relations Manager at Grifols in late 2018, briefly before taking on the position of Senior Employee Relations Manager at ABB in December 2018. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications from the University of Florida and a Certificate in Leading Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from Northwestern University.
