Anders Bäck

Anders Ballegaard is a skilled network engineer with extensive experience in network development and operations. Currently employed at Norlys since October 2022, Anders has contributed to the development and implementation of a new national core network, improved processes and documentation, and integrated Telia Denmark into Norlys. Prior to this, Anders served as a network specialist at Region Midtjylland, focusing on internal tooling for network and security operations, optimizing network performance, and participating in datacenter migration projects. As a cloud network specialist at IT RELATION A/S, Anders designed and implemented networking solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction through troubleshooting. Anders began the professional journey as a datatekniker lærling at Aarhus University, managing network operations and developing automation solutions. Education includes a degree in Datatekniker from Eucsyd, obtained between 2016 and 2021.
