Andrea Serano

Andrea Serano is a highly motivated quality-oriented manufacturing professional with over 12 years of international experience in operations and quality management, particularly in mechanical, electrical, and PCB assembly manufacturing. Currently managing a team of seven quality specialists, they report to the Regional Quality Manager and oversee all aspects of Supplier Quality & Quality Assurance. Previously, Andrea held multiple roles at ABB, including Engineering Manager and Supplier Quality & Quality Assurance Manager. They began their career as a Hardware and Firmware Engineer at Università degli Studi dell'Aquila and hold a Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering. Andrea is also a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and an Internal/External Auditor.
