Andrzej Rybak

Andrzej Rybak is a seasoned researcher and Principal Scientist with extensive experience in materials engineering and nanotechnology. Rybak's career includes postdoctoral positions at INSA Lyon and Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1, focusing on nanostructured materials and hybrid solar cells. Currently at ABB since December 2009, Rybak manages R&D projects, overseeing planning, execution, and reporting while specializing in materials with enhanced thermal conductivity for industrial applications. Prior experience includes work as a researcher in EU projects at Lodz University of Technology, where Rybak conducted photoconductivity measurements of organic semiconductors and discotic materials for solar cell applications. Rybak also held a scholarship at the Institute of Macromolecular Chemistry in 2003.
