Anish Paul is a seasoned materials scientist with extensive experience in the field of materials engineering and research. Currently serving as a Senior Scientist at ABB since March 2022, Anish has previously held positions including Materials Engineer at Ansaldo Energia, where responsibilities included leading R&D projects on ceramic matrix composites and various protective coatings. Prior to this, Anish was a Technical Lead at Alstom (Switzerland) Ltd., focusing on CMC development for industrial gas turbines, and has a diverse background in research roles at prestigious institutions like the University of Birmingham and Loughborough University. Anish holds a PhD in Materials Science (Ceramics) from Loughborough University and has additional degrees in Polymer Technology and Polymer Engineering.
