Previously, they held various leadership roles, including Director of Compensation, Benefits, and Performance Management at OP-Pohjola Group and Head of Reward for Global Base Pay and Recognition Programs at Fujitsu Global. Anu also served as the Compensation and Benefits Manager at Wärtsilä and worked as a Senior Compensation Consultant at Nokia. They earned a Master’s degree in Social Science, specializing in social policy, from the University of Turku.
