Ari Turunen

Ari Turunen is the Vice President of R&D and Technology for Marine Propulsion at ABB, where they lead global efforts in the development of advanced propulsion systems. Previously, they held various roles at ABB, including R&D Manager and Customer Support Manager, and worked as a mechanical engineer at Etteplan. Ari has also contributed to the board of directors at Sipoon Laventeli, As. Oy and has experience in multiple engineering positions, including layout and product testing. They earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Engineering Production from Aalto University.
