Arleta Mukhesi

Arleta Mukhesi has a diverse professional background in finance and organizational leadership. Starting as a self-employed professional at Rovuwa Palace from July 2020 to November 2021, Arleta then joined ABB as a Finance Graduate Trainee before progressing to various roles, including Project Controller, Financial Business Analyst in the Robotics Automation division, and Project Finance Manager. Currently, Arleta is the Co-Founder and Director of Partnerships at The Bright Future Alliance, a youth-led civil society organization in Ghana that focuses on good governance and empowerment for young people in Africa. Arleta's academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Limpopo, a Bachelor's of Accounting Science Honours in Management Accounting from the University of South Africa, a Higher Certificate in Management Practice from Henley Business School, and ongoing studies at The CharterQuest Institute for CIMA Management Level.
