Åsa Maria Härdner is an R&D Manager for Electronics and Controllers at ABB Robotics. They began their career with DaimlerChrysler AG as a Trainee in the International Management Associate Program from 2002 to 2004, then continued at Daimler AG/Mercedes as an Engineer and Project Manager from 2004 to 2007. From 2007 to 2014, Åsa served as a Project Manager for Verification and Validation at Volvo Construction Equipment, before joining ABB as an R&D Project Manager from 2014 to 2017, where they focused on the development and introduction of new products. They currently hold the position of Manager for Product Improvement Controllers and R&D Sub-Site Manager in Electronics at ABB Robotics in Sweden. Åsa earned their degree from Göteborgs universitet/University of Gothenburg between 1998 and 2002.
