Ashima Kulshreshtha is a power electronics engineer with a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Delhi. With seven years of research experience, Ashima has honed expertise in power electronic converters, LED drivers, batteries, and solar PV systems. Ashima has taken ownership of multiple projects, overseeing their design, analysis, and development while demonstrating strong technical communication and business acumen. In addition to publishing 13 papers in international conferences and SCI journals, Ashima has held positions as a Senior Design Engineer at ABB, a Solar R&D Engineer at Signify, and previously worked as a Research Scholar and Assistant Professor.
