Brian Knapp

Brian Knapp is a strategy consultant at North Highland, bringing extensive experience in corporate strategy and public affairs. They previously served as an Engagement Manager at North Highland from 2014 to 2021, followed by a role as Lead of Corporate & Product Strategy at Meta from 2021 to 2023. Brian has held positions at The Hershey Company in 2013, and as a Senior Director for U.S. Government Relations & Public Affairs at ABB since 2024. Earlier in their career, Brian worked as a Legislative Aide for Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison and held the title of Policy Advisor at the American Petroleum Institute from 2009 to 2012. Brian completed an MBA at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and is currently pursuing an MBA Exchange at IE Business School, along with their high school diploma from Georgetown Preparatory School.
