Busisiwe Molefe

Busisiwe Molefe is an accomplished Pan-African strategic marketing and corporate communications leader with over 16 years of experience in public and private sectors, specializing in media relations, stakeholder engagement, and sustainable communications. They served as Marketing Communications Manager at ABB, where they led communications strategies for the Electrification Business in Southern and Eastern Africa. Previously, Busisiwe held roles including Strategic Communications Manager at Nedbank and Marketing Manager at Standard Bank. They are an Accredited Public Relations Practitioner and a member of the Public Relations Institute of South Africa, having also contributed to sustainability initiatives through their work on the ABB Global Sustainability task team.
