Carl Rice

Carl Rice is the Head of Accounting & Financial Reporting at ABB, bringing significant experience in technical accounting, SEC and financial reporting, and finance transformation. Previously, Carl held positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, including Director in the Deals practice, where they assisted technology and renewable energy companies with capital markets transactions. Carl also served as Senior Manager at PwC Switzerland, primarily guiding European companies entering the US capital markets. They achieved a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance, Cum Laude, from Georgetown University and studied international finance at the University of Oxford.
