Carolin Pfeffer

Carolin Pfeffer is an HRIT Implementation and Change Management Lead at ABB, where they direct change management and implementation efforts for Workday across Motion and Switzerland. Previously, they led HR IT integration at ABB post-merger, optimizing HR processes and managing stakeholders across 25 countries. With experience at Accenture as a Digital HR Transformations Consultant specializing in Workday, Carolin has developed extensive knowledge in HRM processes, project management, and communication strategies. They hold an Advanced Master of Human Resource Management from Swinburne University and a Bachelor of Science in International Business from ESB Business School. In their free time, Carolin enjoys exploring new places, dancing, cooking, and outdoor activities.
