Claudia Hofmann, MA, CMC, is currently a Global Leadership People & Development Learning Coach at ABB, where they also manage the Diversity Inclusion program. With extensive international experience in leadership and people development, Claudia has held key positions such as Global Director of Learning & Development at Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts and Corporate Director of Talent & Learning at FRHI Hotels & Resorts. Earlier in their career, Claudia worked in various roles, including Director of Training & Effectiveness at Ritz Carlton Hotels. They earned a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership and Psychology from Regent's University London.
