Daghan Karakas

Daghan Karakas is an experienced finance executive specializing in treasury management and corporate finance, with a notable background in digital transformation, mergers and acquisitions, and risk management. They served as the Treasury Cluster Manager at ABB, overseeing operations in Germany, Austria, Slovenia, and Benelux. Previously, Daghan held the position of Head of Treasury at ABB Elektrik Sanayi A.S., where they coordinated corporate finance activities across five legal entities in Turkey. Daghan holds a Bachelor's degree and an MBA from Doğuş Üniversitesi and has completed the ABB Finance Leadership Program at IMD Business School. They are currently a board member at ABB Vermögenstreuhand e.V.
