Daniel Karras is currently the Global Manager of Continuous Improvement & PMO for the Business Line Instrumentation at ABB. They previously held various roles at ABB, including Hub Division Central Europe Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Factory Quality Manager, where they led quality management initiatives and drove process improvements. Since 2012, Daniel has also been a dedicated volunteer for Special Olympics Deutschland. Additionally, they are a certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and have extensive experience in quality assurance and operational excellence within the organization.
