Daniela Moser

Daniela Moser is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Business Partner for Global Business Services at ABB since April 2020. In this role, Daniela leads initiatives in diversity and inclusion, performance culture, and employee wellbeing, while also serving as a member of the HR Leadership Team in Switzerland. Prior to ABB, Daniela held several positions including HR Business Partner Europe at TFL Ledertechnik AG, Recruiting Manager at F. Hoffmann La Roche AG, and Regional HR Business Partner at Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics, where responsibilities ranged from talent acquisition to HR operations management. Daniela began a career in human resources at Novartis Institutes for Biomedical Research, progressing from a recruiter to an HR associate. Daniela holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources.
