Denise C. Johnson

Denise Johnson is currently the Group President at Caterpillar Inc., overseeing Resource Industries, including global surface and underground mining, as well as large construction, quarry, and aggregates businesses. Having joined Caterpillar in 2013, they have also held the roles of Vice President in various divisions. Denise served on the Board of Directors at The Mosaic Company from 2014 to 2024, and previously worked at General Motors in numerous leadership positions, including President and Managing Director of GM do Brasil. Denise holds a Master's in Business Management and a Master's in Mechanical Engineering from MIT, as well as a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University.
