Devan Govender

Devan Govender has extensive experience in the field of Control and Instrumentation, primarily within Eskom, where roles included Senior Engineer and System Engineer across various power stations from July 2002 to October 2015. Responsibilities encompassed technical governance, auditing compliance, managing design change requests, and leading capital projects. Notable achievements include cost-savings through meticulous contractor claim analysis and receiving multiple awards for customer service and excellence. Most recently, Devan served as Senior Project Lead Engineer at ABB, overseeing field engineering and design evaluations. Devan holds an MBA, a diploma in Electrical Engineering, and an Advanced Diploma in Project Management, complemented by education in Management Development.
