Dirk Couck

Dirk Couck began their career working with mentally disabled children, where they developed skills in teamwork and human interactions. In the mid-nineties, Dirk transitioned to IT, initially as a Delphi programmer, and later focused on project and team management and business analysis. Dirk has held various roles, including Global Category Manager IT at Agfa and Director at e-HIMS bvba, and has successfully managed complex change and automation projects. Currently, Dirk serves as a Senior Consultant at ABB and owns DCProjectManagement bv, continuing to leverage their expertise in people and stakeholder management.
