Fanny Keup

Fanny Keup is currently serving as a Training & Competency Development Specialist at ABB since February 2025. Previously, Fanny spent a decade at UCB, where roles included Launch Excellence Learning Lead, Global Talent Project Lead, HR Operations Specialist EMEA, and HR Trainee EMEA. In these positions, Fanny was responsible for developing learning paths for product launches, managing educational programs in Learning Management Systems, and leading recruitment technology initiatives. Fanny began a career in HR at GDF SUEZ as an HRBP Intern, focusing on HR data maintenance and performance reviews. Fanny holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Université catholique de Louvain and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Université libre de Bruxelles.
