Gerhard Fietsch

Gerhard Fietsch is a retired professional with extensive experience in project planning and management within the electrical engineering sector. They worked at ABB from 1981 to 2009, holding various positions including Factory Manager and Operation Manager, where they contributed to the production of switchgears and led several engineering initiatives. Gerhard served as a General Operation Manager at ABB Egypt from 2010 to 2011, overseeing multiple production processes, and held the role of Deputy Managing Director at ABB Energir Kft. from 1992 to 1995. They are currently enjoying retirement since 2022. Gerhard earned a Dipl Ing (FH) in Wirtschaftsinformatik from Hochschule Worms between 1979 and 1981.
