Ghada Adel

Ghada Adel is a senior tax professional currently serving as the Middle East & Africa Tax Lead at ABB. With over 20 years of experience in international tax, transfer pricing, and tax audit management, they have worked with Big 4 firms and multinational companies, including PepsiCo and PwC. Ghada has managed tax operations across approximately 30 countries in the Middle East and Africa, leading initiatives in tax compliance, risk management, and optimization strategies. They began their career in tax consultancy in 2001, accumulating extensive expertise in tax planning and advisory services throughout their tenure. Ghada also holds a Post Graduate degree in Human Resources from The American University in Cairo.
