Guillermo Herrera

Guillermo Herrera has extensive experience in engineering and management roles, currently serving as the Field Services District Manager at ABB since 2019. Prior to this, Guillermo held positions such as Vice President of the Program Management Office at Authentix and Director of Engineering at AC Horn Manufacturing. Guillermo spent 18 years with Flowserve Corporation, where responsibilities included managing the P&L for the Latin America Industrial Products Division and leading the Chesapeake Business Unit. Earlier career roles included Operations Manager and Customer Service Manager, where Guillermo implemented problem-solving strategies and quality management techniques. Guillermo began his career in operations and R&D, with a strong foundation in mechanical and administration engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
