ʀᴀʟᴘʜ Guo is currently the Service Manager at ABB Motors and Mechanical Inc., specializing in after-sales service for soft starters since 2019. They have held the title of Service Manager at ABB China since 2016, focusing on electrical product services. Prior to their current roles, ʀᴀʟᴘʜ gained extensive experience in hotel planning and market research from 2001 to 2012, working with Century Holiday Planning Agency and Beijing Tianyu Lichi Hotel Management Company, and later served as the Director of Sales at Xinjiang Jiangte Equipment Maintenance Service Co., Ltd. since 2012.
