Hakim Safi is currently a chef de partie at The Ritz-Carlton Rabat, Dar Es Salam, and has held various culinary positions since 2015, including chef-cuisinier at Uganda Airlines and chef-cuisinier Galicia Rabat at ABB. Hakim has also served as a sous-chef at FACHON since 2019. Hakim is pursuing a degree in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management at ACCA, expected to conclude in 2024.
