Henry Arusaar is an amiable driver and General Manager with extensive international experience in customer care and sales. With a background in technical and project management at Siemens, they have held various leadership roles in major companies, including ABB, where they currently serve as the Global Head of Customer Contact Centers. Henry has a strong focus on improving customer experience, standardizing processes globally, and managing large-scale projects. They hold a Diplom Ing. from Tallinna Tehnikaülikool, completed in 1997.
