James B.

James B. currently serves as the Global Head of Program Management Office for Industrial Automation at ABB, leading the establishment of a project management framework for technology development projects. Previous roles include Director of Quality and Continuous Improvement for both Energy Industries and Power Generation at ABB, where operational improvements and staff development were key focuses. James also held the position of Director of Systems Performance at Aclara, overseeing advanced metering infrastructure performance, and led significant initiatives at FirstEnergy, including project governance for a $49 million smart meter project. Additional experience includes Project Manager at ABB and Systems Engineer at Bailey Controls Company. James B. holds an MBA in Finance from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certificate from Villanova University, and advanced certification in Project Management from Stanford University, complemented by a BS in Systems & Control Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
