Jerry Stroud

Jerry Stroud is a seasoned Real Estate Portfolio Manager with extensive experience in facilities supervision and management. They worked at Palo Alto Bowl from 1989 to 1999 and held several positions at ABB from 1999 until 2025, where they honed their skills in portfolio management, move management, and tenant improvements. Jerry's expertise also includes safety systems management, vendor management, and real estate negotiations, complemented by a strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship development. Prior to their role at ABB, Jerry gained technical experience as a Facilities Tech at Siemens and Morrison Knudsen in 1998-1999.
