At Honeywell Process Solutions, Jim served as Senior Site Support from January 1996 to May 2008, where responsibilities included maintaining the performance of two scanners with basis weight and moisture gauges. Following this, Jim worked as a Technical Representative at FedEx from June 1993 to November 1994 before becoming a Site Leader for Technical Services at ICONPAPER from June 2008 to May 2011, managing seven scanners with various gauges. Since May 2011, Jim has held the position of Senior Field Service Engineer at ABB, focusing on the maintenance of QCS systems on two paper machines and performing control tuning and maintenance.
