Jimi Lipponen

Jimi Lipponen is the Head of Asset Performance Management at ABB Marine & Ports Finland, where they focus on ensuring clients' equipment is digitally connected and secure. Previously, Jimi served as a Commanding Officer of the Finnish Navy Ship Hamina and held various roles within ABB, including Director of Digital Services and Global Marine Academy Manager. They earned a Master’s degree in Naval Operational Art and Science from the Finnish National Defence University. Jimi's work emphasizes collaboration with ship owners, operators, and classification societies in the maritime sector.
