Joanna Ozga

Joanna Ozga has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as EMEA Region HRBP for Electrification and Service at ABB since July 2018, also holding the position of HRBP for the Local Division in Poland. Prior to ABB, Joanna Ozga worked as an HR Manager at GE from July 2015 to June 2018 and at EnerSys Sp. z o.o. from June 2013 to June 2015. Joanna Ozga's HR management expertise was further developed during tenures at Cooper Standard from September 2008 to May 2013 and Philips Lighting from August 1996 to August 2008, where roles included HR Generalist and Local Learning Consultant. Educational credentials include studies at Uniwersytet WSB Merito Chorzów and Uniwersytet SWPS, alongside degrees from Katowice Business University and Wyższa Szkoła Informatyki i Zarządzania w Bielsku Białej, culminating in a degree in Engineering in Computer Science.
