Jody Parsons

Jody Parsons is a seasoned professional in talent management and executive research with extensive experience in the life sciences sector. Currently serving as a Global Talent Management Partner at ABB since January 2025, Jody focuses on designing the Talent Strategy for the Electrification Business Area. Prior experience includes leadership roles at AstraZeneca, where Jody was responsible for executing the Talent and Development strategy across the EUCAN region and held various positions within global talent acquisition and research. Jody's career also includes significant contributions to Artemis Research Associates, J Taylor Executive Research, PiR Group, and earlier roles in recruitment and analytical chemistry, complemented by a BSc in Chemistry from Anglia Polytechnic University.
