Previously, Joe worked at Powin as a Manager and Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer, where responsibilities included managing global teams and optimizing project documentation. As Operations Manager at Serial 1 Cycle Company, Joe oversaw diverse operations and logistics for a leading eBicycle manufacturer, ensuring efficient processes and team collaboration. Joe's career also includes roles at Harley-Davidson Motor Company, ABB, and Johnson Controls, focusing on production management, logistics, and technical solutions within mechanical engineering. Joe holds BS degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Universitat Politècnica de València, along with certifications in Technical Communication and Entrepreneurship.
