Johan Inestam

Johan Inestam is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the finance sector. Currently serving as CFO at Westermo since March 2018, Johan also holds the position of Division CFO for ABB’s Power Grids Division, which generates over $3 billion and encompasses eight business units focused on successful project execution and customer satisfaction. Prior roles at ABB include Business Controller for a significant process automation sector, overseeing finance for a $200 million business unit, Head of Corporate Finance managing intra-group capital structures and M&A projects, and CFO of ABB Norden Holding AB, responsible for financial reporting and restructuring projects. Johan holds an MBA in Finance from Handelshögskolan in Umeå and a supplementary MBA from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business).
