John Armstrong

John Armstrong is the Group Senior Vice President and Head of Financial Planning & Analysis at ABB, where they lead financial activities for a company generating approximately $28B in annual revenues. Previously, they served as Chief Financial Officer for GE Industrial Solutions, overseeing a $2.7B business and guiding its successful transition from GE to ABB. Armstrong also held several key positions within GE, including Global Head of Financial Planning & Analysis for GE Energy Connections, managing financial activities for a segment with around $11B in annual sales. They earned a B.S. in Finance from Boston College in 2003.
