John Beadle

John Beadle, CCIPD, is a seasoned Non-Executive Director and Global HR leader with extensive experience in people and reward strategy, governance, and compliance. Currently serving on the Board of Providence Row Housing Association, John is responsible for HR oversight and strategic planning. Previously, they held key roles at prominent companies including Standard Chartered Bank, Reckitt Benckiser, and Rio Tinto, where they led various HR functions, including performance and reward management. John is also a Council Director for The Conference Board, facilitating collaboration among thought leaders in corporate reward. Education includes a B.A. (Econ) in Politics from The University of Manchester and an M.Sc. (Econ) in Industrial Relations from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
