John Higham

John Higham has extensive experience in project management and technical delivery within the aerospace and defense sectors. Currently serving as a Project Manager and ABB COG Technical Delivery Manager at ABB since July 2012, John ensures compliance with Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety policies and manages communications related to software and system integration. Prior to this, John spent over a decade at the Royal Air Force, ultimately as a Senior Avionics Supervisor, overseeing operational test and evaluation of fast jet aircraft and ensuring compliance for external agencies. Additional roles included serving as a Recruiting Consultant and a Test Equipment Procurement Advisor, where John specialized in test and measurement equipment for significant Ministry of Defence projects. John holds multiple technical qualifications, including a degree in Management from the Chartered Management Institute and various certifications in Electrical, Electronic, and Aeronautical Engineering.
