Jorge Bourdette is currently the Quality and Continuous Improvement manager at ABB within the PA Energy division, overseeing operations in Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, and Colombia. With over 30 years of experience in Automation and MOM for process and energy industries, they have held various roles ranging from systems developer to R&D manager and product manager, focusing on quality management and operational excellence for the last 15 years. As co-leader of the internal Think Tank on Artificial Intelligence, Jorge also serves as a professor of Industrial Informatics at the post-graduate program in Automation at the University of Buenos Aires. They hold a degree in Electromechanical Technology and have completed a management program at Universidad de Palermo.
