Katja Manuela Egger

Katja Manuela Egger is the Global Head of Talent & Learning for the Robotics & Discrete Automation (RA) business at ABB. With 20 years of experience in organizational development and change management, Katja has successfully collaborated with various organizations across multiple continents, including multinational corporations, NGOs, and governmental entities. Previously, Katja held leadership roles at the Friedrich-Naumann-Stiftung für die Freiheit, where they consulted and trained political parties in sub-Saharan Africa, and they have also served as a lecturer in law and political economics. Katja's education includes a Master of Law from the University of Bern and numerous certifications in mediation and organizational consulting. Their work is characterized by a focus on aligning talent and learning strategies with business goals and fostering inclusive, high-performing workplaces.
