Kristen Smith is a Senior Creative Director and visual storytelling expert with over 30 years of experience in corporate design and brand management. Currently serving at ABB, they lead global creative campaigns and mentor emerging designers while championing AI technology in communications. Previously, Kristen was the Creative Director at Smith Design Studios and held significant roles at Pharmaceutical Product Development and BtB Marketing Communications. They have cultivated a passion for design mentorship and innovation, inspired by a lifelong appreciation for color and fine art. Kristen holds a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from North Carolina State University and is pursuing further education in Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching at Wake Technical Community College.
