Lakshmi Savanth is a seasoned human resource professional with over 20 years of experience in HR business partnering, consulting, and leadership development. They began their career as a Human Resources Executive at Wipro Infrastructure Engineering and advanced through various roles, including HR Manager at Underwriters Laboratories India Pvt Ltd and Associate General Manager - HR at Schneider Electric India Pvt. Limited. Lakshmi joined ABB as a Hub Human Resource Business Partner, supporting the India, Middle East, and Africa regions, and is currently serving as a Global Human Resource Business Partner. They hold a BCom degree from Bangalore University and furthered their education at Pondicherry University.
