Lisa Bagwell

Lisa Bagwell is a seasoned professional with over three decades of experience in engineering and sales leadership within the electrical distribution industry. Currently, as the Director of Field Application Engineering at ABB since July 2018, Lisa leads a large engineering team to enhance ABB's Electrification portfolio and provide technical direction. Prior to ABB, Lisa held a series of executive roles at GE from February 1990 to June 2018, including Global Sales and Technical Enablement Leader, where significant demand creation initiatives were driven, and Global Product Manager for a $300 million medium voltage equipment product line, contributing to P&L responsibilities. Lisa’s extensive experience encompasses managing global teams, increasing revenues, and executing strategic initiatives. Lisa holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Northern Arizona University, earned in 1989.
