Lisa Pardini

Lisa Pardini is a US Compliance and Employee & Labor Relations Leader with extensive experience in human resources. They worked at United Parcel Service from 1986 to 2005 before serving as Employee Relations Director at Talecris Biotherapeutics, Inc. from 2008 to 2011. Lisa then held the position of Director of HR Compliance & Employee Relations, NA at Grifols from 2011 to 2018 and is currently the Labor Relations North & South America & US Compliance Director at ABB since 2018. They are pursuing a BS in Business Administration at California State University, Northridge.
