Lloyd Shipman is currently the EL Americas Customer Experience Leader at ABB. Having completed the Foundations of Management Excellence course at The University of Memphis in July 2012, Lloyd has held various roles within ABB since 2010, including Helpdesk Supervisor and Senior Desktop Support Technician. Prior to joining ABB, Lloyd worked as a Warehouse Worker at Phillips Medical Systems from 1994 to 1998.
