Luca Condosta

Luca Condosta, Ph.D., has extensive experience in ESG reporting, sustainability, and finance, currently serving as the Group ESG Reporting Lead for HR at ABB, where Luca leads the implementation of ESRS and CSRD. With a history of spearheading global initiatives, including the Leadership Learning Ecosystem for 12,000 managers and the LGBTQ+ agenda across various regions, Luca has showcased leadership in promoting diversity and engagement. Previous roles include Group Finance Senior Project Manager at ABB and assurances leadership at Saipem and eni, where Luca managed internal controls and sustainability reporting.
