Currently, Lucy serves as the Executive Vice President and Business Line Leader of Building Automation at ABB, where they drive strategic growth for the business while leading a global team dedicated to enhancing energy efficiency and sustainability in smart buildings. Previously, Lucy held senior leadership roles at Siemens, including SVP and Business Segment Head for Connected Devices, where they were responsible for substantial global revenues and shaped various product lines.
