Lukas Padlo

Lukas Padlo is a seasoned Global Category Manager at ABB, where they lead a team of local category managers and develop global sourcing strategies for non-ferrous, stamped, and welded parts. Previously, they held roles as a Procurement and Logistics Specialist and Category Specialist for Electrification Materials within the same company, managing significant spending volumes. Earlier in their career, Lukas was an intern at Lufthansa Cargo and worked as a Student Research Assistant at TU Darmstadt, where they supported research and academic initiatives. Lukas earned a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Technische Universität Darmstadt and completed a semester abroad at Tampere University of Technology.
